Processing time

Tracking

Delivered but can’t find the package
- Check your mailbox/porch, neighbors, and building office.
- Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark “delivered” early).
- Email oeezzshop@gmail.com. We’ll open a carrier trace and help with a reship or refund.
Address issues
- If you entered a wrong address, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it. Once shipped, we can’t guarantee interception. Orders returned due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at cost or refunded minus shipping.
