Processing time

Delivery time

• Estimated delivery within the contiguous U.S.: 7–12 business days after processing.
  
• AK/HI/PR and remote areas: 5–12 business days.
  
• During peak seasons or severe weather, carriers may take longer.
  

30-Day Delivery Promise

• If your order is not delivered within 30 calendar days of purchase, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked.

Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
  

Delivered but can’t find the package

1. Check your mailbox/porch, neighbors, and building office.
   
2. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark “delivered” early).
   
3. Email oeezzshop@gmail.com. We’ll open a carrier trace and help with a reship or refund.
   

Address issues

• If you entered a wrong address, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it. Once shipped, we can’t guarantee interception. Orders returned due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at cost or refunded minus shipping.
